Refund, Return & Damage Policy

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Canvas & Comfort are original All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Artwork Formats & Inspection

Artworks are shipped in one of two formats, as selected at checkout:

• Rolled in a protective tube, or

• Professionally framed

All artworks are carefully inspected prior to shipment and packed to professional fine-art standards regardless of format.

Non-Damage Clarifications

The following are not considered damage and do not qualify for a claim:

• Natural texture, brush strokes, or canvas variations

• Minor canvas movement due to temperature or humidity

• Slight color differences between the artwork and how it appears on screens

• Framing or mounting preferences after delivery

Damage During Shipping

All shipments are fully insured.

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide:

   • Clear photos of the damaged artwork

   • Photos of the inner packaging and outer shipping box

   • Your order number

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Once damage is verified, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Resolution for Approved Damage Claims

If an insurance claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:

• A replacement artwork (if available), or

• Store credit equal to the original purchase value

Cash refunds are not provided, including in cases of shipping damage.

Once a resolution is issued, the matter is considered final.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure shipping address.
We are not responsible for loss, delays, or damage caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Missed deliveries

• Packages left unattended after delivery

Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and confirm that you will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered herein.

Legal Disclaimer (Canada & United States)

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Canada and the United States.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where required by law, certain consumer rights may apply despite our general no-refund policy.
